Terms & Conditions

By renting a vehicle with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Driver Requirements

• Age: Primary driver must be at least 23 years old with 2 years of experience. Additional drivers must meet this requirement.
• License: Valid driver’s license required. International customers may need an International Driving Permit (IDP).
• Authorized Drivers: Only listed drivers are permitted to operate the vehicle.

2. Use of Vehicle

• Vehicle Inspection: Report provided at pick-up. Renters must verify and sign.
• Usage: Vehicle use is limited to Morocco. Unauthorized use outside Morocco incurs charges.
• Maintenance: Renters must monitor vehicle basics (e.g., tire pressure, oil). Address warning lights promptly.
• Fuel Policy: Return vehicle with the same fuel level as received.

3. Rental Duration and Return

• Minimum Period: 3 days unless otherwise specified.
• Return Condition: Vehicle must be returned in the same condition, including fuel and cleanliness.
• Late Returns: Late fees apply. Notify in advance if extending the rental.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Unauthorized Renting: No re-renting or allowing unlisted drivers.
• Illegal Activities: No illegal use (e.g., races, transporting illegal goods).
• Intentional Damage: No intentional damage or negligence.
• Off-Road Use: No off-road driving.

5. Liability and Damages

• Renter’s Responsibility: Renter is liable for damage due to negligence.
• Repair Costs: Renter covers repair costs unless covered by insurance.
• Insurance: Basic insurance is included; additional coverage can be purchased.

6. Accidents and Theft

• Accidents: Report within 48 hours. Provide police report if necessary.
• Theft: Report within 48 hours. Provide police report, keys, and rental documents.

7. Violation of Terms

• Termination: The agreement may be terminated if any terms are violated, with costs for damages and misuse.

8. Miscellaneous

• Governing Law: Governed by Moroccan law.
• Modifications: Changes must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
