Insurance Policy

Coverage Overview
- Accident Coverage: Damages to the vehicle in case of an accident.
- Theft Protection: Coverage for vehicle theft, up to a specified limit.
- Third-Party Liability: Covers legal liabilities for third-party injuries or damages.
Limitations & Exclusions
- Reckless Driving: Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Unauthorized Drivers: Only approved drivers listed in the rental agreement are covered.
- Off-Road Use: No off-road driving is allowed.
- Negligence: Damage from improper use or neglect.
- International Travel: Vehicles must remain within Morocco.
Renter’s Responsibility
- Excess/Deductible: The renter is responsible for the deductible or excess in case of a claim.
- Uncovered Damages: Damage caused by violations of the limitations is the renter’s responsibility.
- Accidents Reporting: Must notify Skoma Car within 48 hours and provide a police report or accident form.
Optional Additional Coverage
- Full Coverage Insurance: Reduces or eliminates the deductible.
- Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): Covers medical expenses for the renter and passengers.
- Glass & Tire Protection: Covers windshield, window, and tire damage.
Claims Process
- Contact Skoma Car: Notify us immediately to start the claims process.
- Provide Documentation: Submit all necessary documents, such as the police report and rental agreement.
