• In-Country Use: Vehicles must be used within Morocco. Travel outside Morocco is prohibited unless prior approval is granted.
• Approval for Special Requests: Contact Skoma Car in advance for travel outside Morocco.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Subleasing: Subleasing or renting the vehicle to others is not allowed.
• Racing and Competitions: Vehicles may not be used for racing or illegal activities.
• Off-Road Usage: Off-road driving is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

3. Responsibility for Misuse

• Penalties for Unauthorized Use: Renters are responsible for any damage, fines, or penalties resulting from misuse.
• Vehicle Abandonment: Renters will cover recovery costs and damages if the vehicle is abandoned.

4. Reporting and Compliance

• Customer Responsibility: Renters must adhere to all laws while using the vehicle.
• Immediate Reporting: Any incidents or damages must be reported to Skoma Car immediately.
