Vehicle Inspection at Pick-Up
Inspect the vehicle for any existing damage upon receiving it.
Skoma Car provides a condition report, which you should review and agree upon before departure.
Report any discrepancies before leaving.
Damage Responsibility
Customers are liable for new damage, such as scratches, dents, or stains, unless covered by insurance.
Repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit or charged to your payment method.
Accident Reporting
Report accidents, damage, or theft to Skoma Car within 48 hours.
Provide a police report or insurance claim form, as necessary.
Repairs & Insurance Claims
Repairs will be handled through Skoma Car’s authorized network. Unauthorized repairs will incur additional fees.
If insurance is purchased, Skoma Car will file a claim for you. Any deductible or uncovered costs are the customer’s responsibility.
