Fuel Policy

1. Fuel Level at Pick-Up & Return
   • Vehicles are provided with a full tank at pick-up.
   • Return the vehicle with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, refueling charges will apply, including an administrative fee.
2. Fees for Insufficient Fuel
   • Refueling charges apply if the tank is not full at return, including a service fee.
   • Notify us in advance if you cannot refuel the vehicle.
3. Fuel Type Policy
   • Use the correct fuel type (e.g., diesel, gasoline) as specified.
   • Incorrect fuel use may cause damage, and the renter will be responsible for repair costs.
